To be precise, a Terrapene carolina triunguis, or 3-toed Box Turtle. I live in a roomy pen, with two heat lamps, Onyx toys from Mexico and a large water dish. I have special turtle food that I eat, along with red-leaf lettuce, corn, mashed potatoes (no butter or gravy), assorted fruit and vegetables as well as moist dog/cat food. I also like earth worms and mealworms, but only for special treats. Too many worms or other high protein foods will cause my beak and toe nails to grow excessively.
